She had at least three of the book type holders containing credit cards in her hands, and after opening one stated she left the card at the register. The waitress came back to the table to return the credit card after processing the bill. I chose Ruby Tuesday of Crossville and he picked up the bill. We seldom see each other so this is a very special time for us to meet up, grab a bite, and. The Friday before labor day I had date night with my boyfriend. I am so disappointed at the service of Ruby Tuesday of Crossville. Nonetheless, he had enough time to check back with us several times to see if we needed anything. The server was doubling as the host and was responsible for sanitizing tables, so he was quite busy. Given the situation with the bartender (see above) we didn't have glasses of wine, which we would probably otherwise ordered. My second side was broccoli, which was cooked just enough (crisp, but fully cooked and hot). I had a backed potato that was hot and flavorful. I had the salmon, which was very well cooked and extremely tasty. The sanitary issue aside, this was hands down the best Ruby Tuesday food that I've eaten in a good 30 years of dining at Ruby Tuesdays in many cities and in many locations. There did not appear to be a manager on the floor. Many people in this area do not wear masks so this was a matter for concern for most diners. As an example, when we came into the restaurant the bartender was very actively filling drink orders and was wearing her mask around her neck (below her chin) rather than as its intended. were wearing masks, but the masks did not cover their noses and mouths. Unfortunately not all employees were wearing masks at all times. Seating did appear to be socially distanced and tables were wiped down with disinfectant between seatings. We were a couple who visited this restaurant during a trip to Middle Tennessee. I said to my husband, “how come we couldn’t have been seated over on the fun side of the restaurant.” First time customer but there are better choices to spend our money at. Halfway through our meal we kept getting our attention drawn to the other half of the restaurant at the other waiter entertaining his customers. The atmosphere wasn’t a clean and polished one as there were greasy smudges on the booths’ sides. She did make the correction by bringing me my two sides without charging us so that was a plus on the service but she still looked as unhappy as the hostess. I ordered the coconut shrimp entree and just got several shrimp instead. We were going to get the extra salad bar, however, one look at the dismal selection, we ordered entrees instead. The waitress was also very uninterested and did not seem to know the menu. uncomfortable from the get-go and my husband as I both exchanged the same look at the same time which was pretty comical. The hostess didn’t really seem very pleased to seat us, since she would be the first person a customer would see she could have been a bit more pleasant. I’ve never been to a Ruby Tuesday’s so we decided to try it out.
